~~~What is ART? -~-~-~ ~-~ I believe there is a universal truth that exists within the creative life force. It exists in words, feelings, sounds, actions, and images and is a external portrayal of our inner substance. Art is the means of communicating the secrets of the universe to be discovered as we pass into ourselves, through our own imagination, into another side of ourselves. Art can be a display of strange and distant worlds living within our own inner being. It is a power that changes our perceptions into ones much closer to perfection. They can communicate the unseen universal truths that exists within all of us. In addition to ideas, objects, and images being art, the paths we take can be art as well, both funtional and beautiful. Perhaps art is a way of living every moment through time as if each motion carries with it the opportunity for creative healing... and a path to tranquility. However we choose to define the changing meaning of the word "ART," I am certain that without the spirit and soul, there is no doorway from which the manifestation of art can occur. With that, our energy and being is the artist, while everything that we represent and create is the art... and the universe from which we all have come.
Biography: time travels through our perceptions carrieing the visions of past places, some in dreams and some in real. the stories of the past build both tall and high... and the beginning of these memories and sites seem never ending. some in time and some in timelessness. my BIOlogical graph of time traced back takes me through a data bank of paths long past. to briefly sum it up, i have indulged in many sensory forms and have had experience and practice building art and community through schools, clubs, neighborhood centers, theatres, live and work spaces, and other places. i have layered my knowledge and abilities in many directions over the years and keep building further more, artistically, socially, conceptually and technologically. my destination is world piece and an evolution of our society that knows how to live in harmony as one and with love in abundance. this is where i travel to. specific experiences and venue information is availible upon request. please shoot me a line for more information. thanks!
